The S-3 filing we made this afternoon simply registers shares in the U.S. that have been purchased by investors in previous private placements. Some were registered previously in an S-1 filing, but we had to renew those registrations, which we did in this S-3. As you know, such registration allows investors to more easily have the restrictive “legend” removed from these shares when they wish to transfer them to their own personal broker or sell them. We do these filings as a service to those who invest in the Company through private placements so that the shares they purchase can become free-trading as rapidly as possible.
