I was thinking more along the lines of a reverse merger. Their filings are up to date, they are not bankrupt, their share count is not absurd yet and management has a history of doing business deals.....Why not a possibility?.....Regardless, I think most will get out of VCPS if it ever gets off 0 bid long enough to get out.
