Well, let’s point out an obvious scenario so we don’t use vague terms like “sellers”. Yes, there are always sellers following news and significant price gains. What disturbs me and points to a company pump and dump is the release of news and then a known diluting market maker sitting on the ask showing 10,000 shares. If I’m wrong in my suspicions, I’ll accept it, but I would like the company to define if we are looking at dillution. Why is this market maker sitting on the ask a day after news?
