A typical SEC audit for uplist is 3-6 weeks, depending on bookkeeping, so 1 year is pushing that just a tad. Even if we go by the 30 day bid price mark in December, we are still talking over 90 days, it is becoming laughable, no matter how you look at it. I do think it will eventually happen though. Who knows maybe they were waiting for the unrestricted shares to come through.
