FCEL significantly undervalued at current share price.

Due to short selling from warrant holders, FCEL share price has been manipulated at unreasonably lower level. Share price was $6~$8 before New England RFP news brokeout. At that time, there was no ITC, no LIPA 37.8MW, no Toyota deal. Now Beacon Falls Energy park is in good shape to start soon after June selection, adding all major positive development above, share price should easily go to $10~$15 range.
