This shows the registration was filed. It does not show it as approved, or priced, nor does it give any date for the expiration on the lockup. I do not see anywhere on this proof document that you provide that shows any shares have been offered to the public. At the very top you can click latest IPO's and you will see spotify. Sure looks like their status is listed as priced not just filed like GCAN. Also it shows spotify does have an expiration on their lockup. Now I'm sure Wayne is dragging his feet and I'm not going to say I have a ton of faith in him or UNGS at the moment. But the document you provided shows they have gone as far as filing to IPO. But to actually IPO there are more steps than simply filing for it. IPO = initial public offering. Please show where the shares have been at all offered to the public.
