I think the number is 8 billion.If they start buying back 1 billion at a time at .0002 the stock will start to move up if they do not ,well then we know the truth.I am sitting on 1 million shares at .0002.SO MY RISK IS MINIMUM.THIS IS GAMBLING THAT THEY ARE TELLING THE TRUTH ABOUT BUYING BACK SHARES,SO I AM HOLDING.
