Audited financials and uplist will bring institutional investors. When big money owns this stock the MMs have to allow for real market valuation and they won't be able to push price around like they do now. Uplist is the next step. Untagged TA is also an important part of the transparency. They also need to secure bank financing and get away from predatory lenders. If they do all this and continue at current sales pace and profitability, $1 by year end seems inevitable.

If in one year from now, they are uplisted and they release audited 2018 numbers of 30m in sales with a 10m gross profit and a float of 300m, this possibly trades at dollar multiples.
