Ready for a bold prediction?

I'm just putting this out there in case it plays out.
I think and post about investor confidence, it is a big reason I read stock message boards... to feel out the crowd. "Cup and Handle" patterns are based on investor confidence. ONCI already printed a textbook cup and handle pattern between dates 12/6/16 and 9/1/17.
I predict another Cup and Handle! And we just rounded the bottom!
Not all Cup and Handles look exactly the same, but essentially this is about one key resistance level (and RSI) to me. I'm seeing confidence on the rise, and a lot of buzz about some major developments awaiting release (Side note on the buzz, I hear some investors are in communication with SB). There's a breakout coming, and I don't think we'll see any serious resistance until we approach the recent highs around .02. There will be some healthy profit taking around there, and the RSI would likely be in need of a little reset, building a nice cup and handle. However, this time, we won't have LAM selling shares, so the drop will be minimal. Then when we break .02... and I think the phrase is... we go to the MOON!!!! Landing somewhere around where smart investors are placing their valuations.
