Mmm, I’m going to lean towards optimism. Let’s just imagine that there are big things in the works. And they(management) were thinking:

“Hey, you know what would be really fun? Let’s make em’ wait for a little while. We’ll start reacquiring all the asks one day, then we’ll reward the LONG Strong holders with mind blowing, life changing news.”
