Fast Eddie increased the A/S from 2 BILLION to 3.5 BILLION on 5/7/15.

For some unexplained reason he upped it to 7 BILLION on 2/16/16.

OTC says the O/S was 2,969,209,834 a/o 10/19/2016 (the last time it was reported). That was still well under the 3.5 BILLION already authorized. So why did he feel the need to DOUBLE the A/S to 7B followed by yet another 1B (8 Billion total)?

IMO he's been swapping/ bartering/ wash trading billions of shares to others in order to pay his bar tab.
