The mention of a Reg A was done twice before.
The first had two intended investors mentioned.
The second (last year around this time) had only one of the two and mentioned a crowd funding.
Both only stated that it was being looked into, the second adding that the lawyer was instructed to do so also.
This one has a completely different firm mentioned with yet another reason for the change.
The terms have yet to be disclosed as far as I am aware and I have yet to see the actual filing of agreement.
It should be noted that the statement is "Up to" 16 mill. There is a significant difference and a lesser amount can be both a positive or cautionary signal.
