A million shares would literally be only $5000, if the company needed money and wanted to dilute shares to do it, I suspect they would be doing a lot more pumping and release 10's or 100's of millions of shares. As it is, they are not even pumping their own stock and have said that they will not pay third parties to pump the stock. There is no further dilution to be worried about, just day traders.

Carl Grant wants to grow this company and has a good structure to do what he want's to do.
