Please do explain how you were allegedly extorted to everyone.
CryptoSecure is solely responsible and accountable for creating a “Perception of Complicity” to Shareholders. You have only yourselves to blame for the CryptoSecure TM confusion and deception for failing to protect your intellectual property against UMF Group Inc. A responsible CEO who seriously is concerned about protecting their investors and intellectual property would have taken immediate action against them, especially since two companies with similar marketed technology, in beta, with the same name "CryptoSecure" launched at the same time frame, in the same market space. It took you at least three months before you took any action against UMF Group Inc., and you haven’t even gone after the authors whom published the major CryptoSecure news articles related to UMF Group Inc.
Please explain why you would immediately contact me to take down a LinkedIn article I authored, entitled, “Does History Repeat Itself? Is this another CryptoSecure scam?” within hours of posting it, and no crime was committed. Whereas, you neglected to take any immediate action against UMF Group Inc., for actual crimes against your intellectual property, until you were finally pressured in doing so.
Why haven’t you pursued UMF Group Inc., with the same vigor and urgency as you have with me? They have damaged your company’s name and brand, not I. Their website is still promoting CryptoSecure, why aren’t you shutting them down?
I do know something about TM’s because I own the filing for CryptoSecure in the U.S. and you don’t. I also am in the process of expanding to Canada, Australia, and Europe as I have first dibbs now. Show us your filing or shut up. You can’t claim first to use because, UMF Group Inc. was first to promote and use the CryptoSecure TM. However, if you would have done your due diligence you could have easily figured out early on that UMF Group Inc. was a fraud and you could have effortlessly shut them down. So I am going after UMF Group Inc., to finish the job you failed and refuse to do. Why are you going after me and not after UMF Group Inc.?
