Here are some other events that would also effect valuation. Any of these (especially the first two) are more likely (IMO) than sales etc.

1. PPS falls under a buck and we lose our NASDAQ listing.

2. Sigma Labs runs out of money and can't get any more dilutions approved. We run out of money and go out of business.

3. A new commandment is sent from the heavens proclaiming Sigma is the new defacto standard.

4. Sigma executives are found guilty of embezzlement and the company goes belly up.

5. Our patents are found to infringe on others and we owe somebody licensing fees to be able to sell our product.

6. Sigma Labs finds a new way to make money (BAMS munitions? Dental implants?) and actually brings in some revenue.

7. An angel investor comes in and injects a bunch of cash for no good reason whatsoever.

It appears there are at least 4 potential events that could have a profound effect on Sigma’s valuation:

1. Significant sales of PrintRite3d

2. Announcement of industry standards which include Sigma’s quality assurance products

3. Award of Sigma’s patents

4. Merger and acquisition activity
