Who cares? If you were awarded the divy shares, why would you want it to IPO? Currently they can't even keep the website up and running. Without something better than what they already have, if they IPO this (especially at .25) it will tank faster than 911 showing up to white neighborhoods. If Wayne is smart he will wait til there is enough there to sustain the .25 price or even possibly bounce up at opening it up to the market rather than tanking.
