Wait seriously ? You think that having a case dismissed means that they are trying to wiggle out ? Having a case dismissed means that the plaintiff has no case to make and that the evidence is so far in the defendants direction that there’s no need to proceed with the case as it is a waste of time for the judge... dismissing a case is always the best for the defense because they don’t have to pay counsel to fight a bogus claim... why the heck would you continue on with a case that you could win with a dismissal lmfao...
