Holy crap, are they switching all assets (the ones that I am interested that would make big money) to PURA from USMJ thereby giving it to the company that has 500,000,000 shares outstanding in stead of 15,500,000,000? That would be awesome. Get rid of the Ameri-canna Cafe and other small potatoes operations (even if successful would be highly diluted) and concentrate big money makers like Extraction, Growing, Edibles, Dispensaries, etc. under PURA. I'll even take a loss on my USMJ Stock to bolster my PURA stock.
