Got to love it. My guess - someone was hangin in the 14s itching for someone to fill the bid and then the 15s cleared! I love it when people raise the bid to the PPS and higher and then people still don’t sell! I’ve been there a couple times on a few tickers; nobody likes to get caught watching this thing go up without a ticket to the ride!

These shares are still at bargain cost though imo
