It's not so much MMM but alot of flipping that keeps us from sustaining higher PPS period!! The SAME whiners are the ones flipping all the time. The LONGS know they have a winner. Add in that many have waited many months with NO loan approvals and the reality that we are at a very low production rate still and here we sit. In 6 to 9 months we will be in the teens IMO!!!
