They diluted the stock for a long long time and still no mention of it stopping. People don't read FINS down here, they need an official PR stating that the dilution phase is over. Then the stock would run.

Since they have yet to PR that I think most people are expecting it to start up again at some point.


COHO - That's what keeps people from loading up, the worry of more dilution!
