Update:
Dear Shareholders, I'm getting a lot of emails about OTC process, so let me explain. Our new CEO uploaded his personal information, OTCIQ membership application, and OTC DD file. These do NOT appear on the OTC Markets SUTI page. These are reviewed by OTC Markets Compliance office and their officers. Then, they will release OTCIQ codes to Mr.Miller so that he and our attorney can upload the Disclosure Statements, Financials and finally the attorneys opinion letter, once uploaded OTC will move the status to "Yield" (limited information) usually withing 48 hours or so , then OTC reviews the files and barring any request for corrections the company should receive "current PINK" status ( usually within a week) .
