Interesting comparison between countries on tariffs and volumes of imported and exported cars. Even at a ten fold tariff difference, the U.S. auto exports to China is huge compared to China's auto exports to the U.S.

I had read an article about a Chinese woman who had bought a new Electric Vehicle in China. She settled on a domestic model but she really wanted the more advanced Tesla. She said that her next EV would be a Tesla if the tariffs come down making it more affordable.
