They do not care about the share count or the shareholders. This is a typical insider enrichment shell company which has its hand on the trigger to dilute the hell out of this as the pipeline has dried up. MJ is the perfect speculative idea to create one of these shell companies. The fact that the owners lash out at investors to defend their share count says it all.
