It still begs the question. Why would these investors buy this offering or the last one knowing they will have a major price drop going into RS as well as their shares and warrants being reduced by RS ratio and then diluted again? Let alone why they would vote for that to happen. That just does not make since. Unluess this is part of a change in control/merger with a group of hedge funds that will consolidate their shares into an acquisition company and RS will be used to implement a share swap after they have gained majority control. And investors have just been naked shorting to suppress share price to buy next offering at dirt cheap prices. This may be way off but don't see how all of a sudden investors would buy offerings of common shares from a company in worse financial shape as when they were only able to get financing via. convertible notes in 2016? The only reason I can see is they are buying to gain control. management is aware of this and has kept quiet but did manage to cover their own asses with their golden parishute severance package. IMO.
