Totally agree. I do, however not think there will be another RS. As long as the litigation is on going, and the dilution is absent, as well as the filings (who knows what’s in there)the share price will be kept above the trips.
Just too many at stake.

I’m still a true believer. It might not make no sense to those who haven’t been following this stock as long as we did. Because all fundamentals seem gone. But I would buy this stock anyday (if I wasn’t in yet) just based on gut feeling and all the puzzle pieces I’ve seen.
