Here is how I read it. they don't think that they will be able to continue as DCTH, this to me is saying DCTH won't likely continue but another company that will merge with it and change the symbol will. Buy up another 100k tomorrow, good luck all. Best poison pill ever so good it got re-pete posting every 30 seconds. The future looks great to me. Maybe not for DCTH but we will continue on just with a different ticker symbol.
