We aren't talking about experience a simple proofread by management would have been sufficient. I was/am against outside PR firms for this exact reason. They are paying them 5k a month and they really do not know the internals happening within the company they are representing. Certainly they could get hire a qualified marketing major/communications minor fresh out of college for $40-$45K yr that can write a PR that is factual.

Obviously WW is very busy and can not be involved in all the different aspects to run a public company. Thus a little slack is needed. He has tackled operations and other areas very well with the recent hires. Now it is time to get this position filled internally with insider knowledge.

Now we all know why we are getting no PR's lol nobody knows what the left hand is doing. The good thing is we all knew, unfortunately the contracted pr didnot know. This is minor and to will pass. But it certainly is getting old for sure.
