According to FINRA, 1,084,221 of 1,236,324 were short sales.

679,036 shares were traded after hours at .0305... I'm guessing that was short also.

Now there is NO doubt as to why the stock will not move... for now. Who would short a stock at 3 cents with news like this? Every time news is announced, the stock is heavily shorted to keep down the price. Things are getting exciting.
