The CD holder must care about the price. Whomever is dumping at the bid, does it look like they care? The biggest giveaway is the volume. In order for this to be retail every single shareholder would have had to dump every single share multiple times. The float has turned, what? 3-4 times in the last six months? It's impossible for that to happen with over 700 shareholders, most of which can't trade their shares unless purchased open market. All of the signs point to broker-dealers, naked shorting with counterfeit shares. The only way to stop them is tremendous volume for an extended period of time. Then an uplist. I predict both much sooner than later.
