This is so thin! A few thousand shares impact the PPS with great volatility. Without news, or filings both of which appear extremely unlikely for quite a while, the PPS is going to wither. IF one of the GERSlanders with a large position (more then 500,000 shares) "gives up the ship", the PPS will likely tank badly. I have stated this before and several have stated that this is what they are waiting for. Be careful what you ask for. IF the PPS starts to plummet near a penny I suspect that we will test the reason for the R/S a year ago -- to keep the PPS above the level required not to pay penalties for shares traded by GERS.
