Please post where it states in the financials that NGCG has a specific mining project.

I just point the lies out, but you'll really have to ask Kim himself why he's lying in his filings.

I'm not quite sure I understand what you mean when you say "No where [sic] in the financials does Kim state that NGCG is involved in any specific mining projects - that is a huge difference between a company stating they are in the Lithium mining business."

Kim clearly and repeatedly states, in multiple filings, that he's in the lithium mining business. Kim repeatedly certifies, in multiple filings, the "disclosure statement does not contain any untrue statement of a material fact."

There's no exception for "specific mining projects" in any of the filings. Is that like saying he crossed his fingers when he signed the filings, so they don't count? LLOLLOLLOL
