Randy, you could argue both because DOW Pharma Sciences is a subsidiary of Valeant that produces toppical medications (including labeling, packaging, clinical products, etc.) whereas DOW Pharma Solutions partners with Colorcon for oral dosage medications but is part of the conglomerate DOW/Dupont Company. Since Dow Pharma Solutions enhances medications (time release, excipients, coatings, etc.) it's not a stretch to think that the Dow/Dupont Company may have an interest in purchasing APDN in the future if all goes well.
