Yeah, he's pitiful, taking advantage of drunk people. I wonder if the new board members were found in a bar one night. Most likely they were promise payment in shares by Yates, which will be worthless before they can cash in because smart investors will stay away from this SCAM. The board contract states that if they leave or get fired, they will forfeit their shares, so that means they will be working for free.
