Well at this point nobody even answers the phone at Optium or responds to email.. sooo what if you have a customer service issue.? Where is their customer service number? Interestingly enough, I left a message stating I was a potential customer and never got a response.. maybe their working exclusively on the dark web with secret code words .. lots of red flags popping up..
