sooooo called E-Trade :), and asked about the .18 he says it most likely is correct since he sees the same .18 on Capital One as well. The data is sent in from a third party. I asked if these numbers are ever wrong and he said very very rarely and word for word said "it probably is correct."

We will see, regardless it is very interesting though.

Now time to email the company and see if they can comment.
