Here is what a $30 a share purchase looks like by Amgen assuming they didn't pick up the 10M shares by my simple math.


$30 x (52,500M - 3M = 49,500M shares) = $1.485B

$1.485B - $500M milestone pmts = $985M chump change.....


That's at $30 a share guys........ we don't think the company is worth that....has anyone researched Avexis........who just got $8.7B......I'm not suggesting that type of purchase $$$$.....just trying to put some perspective around some numbers here
