Then the VERY NEXT DAY they sign a deal for a paltry $3.9M!

Shouldn't surprise anyone. Shortly before the Symantec settlement they guided that Symantec was worth up to $500M. Yeah, right... worth $500M and then you settle for $65M.

Their credibility is shot. They need to make some changes at the top if they ever want this to trade for more than cash value.
