FDA is gonna file a NEXT LEVEL ENFORCEMENT ACTION (probably a court ordered injunction is next up IMO) or "other" legal action against them and SHUT THEM DOWN, price will be ONE CENT or less when the dust settles....LOL....

Thee FDA Commissioner himself has labeled them as "UNSCRUPULOUS BAD ACTORS"...a govt regulatory agency (one that has a criminal enforcement division of its own TOO, FOR THOSE WHO DO NOT HEED THEIR FORMAL WARNINGS) can't "telegraph" the FDA's next moves much clearer than that, LOL !!!

Tomas and Kristy are gonna "try" and fight the FEDS, the big boys, the US Attorneys and will get sent to BK or maybe even criminal charges IMO, before this is all said and done....
