It's a process of valuation. Incorporating the price action of companies in a similar market/domain, who have experienced similar trajectory (strong growth, growth issues, debt, restructuring, turn around, and bouncing back). Create the model for these and project them into the price action of the current company.

Since I am not paid to do this, this is a personal investment for me, the models I present here are very crude but should give some sense of pps movement.
