I didn't say it was $10M. I clearly stated the 8-K wasn't filed yet for the numbers when I made the post. I gave two guesses. One of $10M and one of $5M and a cross-license. Turns out it was $3.9M and a cross-license.

Carbon Black was clearly the smallest potential of the litigants. Will be much bigger when it is a Cisco, Palo Alto Networks, Juniper Networks etc.

While the amount isn't huge, it is the potential for an accelerated pace of settlements/license deals that is important.
