No SEC filing yet for total amount. $10M would add 36 cents a share in cash. $5M and a $5M cross-license would add 18 cents a share in cash. $10M would raise my value for them to $3.24. Maybe higher if it signals an accelerated settlement/license rate in the future.

Should at least send them over $3 again.
