#2 Devon again is going to do the right thing, when partnering up with a company. You don't climb to #2 highest position in a government entity, DHS, and work for two presidents of the U.S., while holding a TS SCI+ security clearance, unless you got your $h*t together, in regards to Tom Cellucci.

So say what you will about the connections to this company, Bravatek and any further associations with DarkPulse Technologies, but the foundations have already been laid and the future is already in place...
