A number of years ago the SEC went after crooked penny stocks, and sent a number of people to prison for 20 years. Yates, some through ignorance, was doing the same thing those people did, but the SEC never went after him. One person in the SEC Whistle Blower Program even turned him in to the SEC. But he never scammed people out of millions like some others did, so they let him alone. They only had so many people in the SEC, so they went after the big fish. I know how to go to the Senate and have them force the SEC to go after Yates, but I would have to do at least 9 months paperwork, and it is not worth it. Let Yates do his thing. God sees it all and is waiting for him at the end of the tunnel. Most people like him lose their health and regret what they did. He will suffer the greatest loss of all.
