I don’t think it’s a take over. A joint venture. In their last update MGC (I posted here for you) look at bottom of page 4- they mentioned a partnership - this rumor was on Hot Copper in February

Now - Nuvera in February announced their in Malta, Alphria bought Nuvera- MGC is in Malta now and has been talking to a large North American LP for a joint venture- I’m thinking Alphria and MGC will be working together in Malta or maybe Aurora (since they joint venture with everyone and want to be in Europe)..... draw the lines there and also factor in the heavier volume most of last week and MM’s keeping stock down

I hate waiting!! Lol. I’m glad I got my extra shares. I guess we’ll know soon enough
