Yep... and SUTI's "Principal Office" and "Mailing Address" is EDDIE VAKSER'S RENTED HOUSE at 2504 Northcrest Dr, Plano, TX 75075.

That was so ordered on March 8, 2018 when EDDIE finally broke down and hired another Registered Agent. In his filing he directed that the R/A's address NOT be used as either "Principal Office of Mailing address."

MORE PROOF THAT EDDIE VAKSER --AND NOT WILLIAM MILLER-- IS RUNNING THIS CLOWN CAR.

Prior to the above, on 8/16/17 Eddie re-appointed Luther "Jeffreys" (an alias) as "President" of MARIJUANA VENTURE CAPITAL (MJVC) INC. (aka SUTIMCO) in an "amended Annual Report" which was due "on or before January 1, 2018." The address given for Luther was 1712 Pioneer Ave Suite (mail slot) 5849A, Cheyenne, WY.

The next day Eddie named Miller as "President" and said that Miller's address was the same as Luther's.

OTC still uses the same address for Miller. Clearly he doesn't want people seeing the dilapidated trailer full of flea market inventory he lives in..LOL
