My guess it is regarding Malta, which would be pretty huge as it's a whole other ball of wax that MGC will be involved with in addition to their other irons in the fire. Capital raises always give me the willey's as they often come with terrible terms for SH, but fantastic for the convertible debt holders. I don't mind some dilution if the terms are good for SH and the use of capital is very beneficial to the company overall. Tomorrow could be a pretty good day. MGC news and hopefully audit completion with AM##. Fingers crossed!!
