To refresh your memory, at least one BP is interested in K, otherwise they wouldn’t have signed a CDA and gave guidance to the OC trial.

It doesn’t take any skill to question the drug’s potential before it’s partnered. I can easily go to any board and say if BPs see potential, they would’ve partnered your drug without considering (1) negotiations could be ongoing and (2) the other side actually have a say on when they want to partner.
