I want to see the news of new contracts or partnerships that will bring us revenues that will send this to .10C and beyond. I want to see the people come in with the cash buying up millions of shares. Taking out those who sell on the way up. If a person waits until good news comes out to buy the stock then it is very unlikely they will get any of their orders filled. Especially if the sellers take their oders off the board waiting to sell higher...
