RNVA has not filed the paperwork for the dividend per the CEO on his latest podcast, he said maybe 3 to 6 months out.
Until they file ,and get approval its a non issue, and you will be able to buy up to the EX dividend date, and have to hold for I think 3 days after to get the spin off.

My point is you have most of this spring and Summer to buy and hold to get that dividend, right now its a non issue.

Meantime we may BUST out of the gate in the am tomorrow and rock all week.

A large catalyst is the vote on the 18th, or perhaps they drop news saying they do not have the votes BEFORE that date and we break .09 and run towards .25

Forget the dividend until they file and get approved, its a long way off per the CEOs own words
